Modifies base ranger class and favored enemy to operate similar to channel divinity and wild shape -- e.g. configured with item uses to be consumed by other features.
Moves free castings of Hunter's Mark to a Cast activity on Favored Enemy, consuming item uses.
Updates ranger class/favored enemy on example characters.
