I can confirm (fresh world, no modules active):

Trying to drop a Map Location that has its "Code" field filled (e.g. 1) throws a TypeError: this.controlIcon.draw is not a function at Note5e._draw (foundry.mjs:184263:28).
Dropping a Map Location that does not have the "Code" field filled (see screenshot), opens the "Create Map Note" dialog. Confirming that, a Map Note is created on the scene as expected, rendered with the default book icon.

I additionally noticed that renaming a Map Location's journal entry logs a warning and throws an error yet updates the entry's title.

A user update was received for UUID 'JournalEntry.GNoSbirntpy0Sdmi.JournalEntryPage.WDZDWszrPiuUQtzI#text.content' which is not a ProseMirror editor instance. This does not happen for a Text journal entry.
