To repeat, Create new world using 5e system. Import Aoth from the Starter Heroes compendium. Level up to get Wild Shape class feature. Use feature selecting an animal. Press transform. Trouble shooting occurred with both the 5e system support in Foundry Discord and Mr. P's discord support when we thought it was an import error. Mr. P identified that it occurs with just the basic system.
