bsp: linux-lmp-dev-mfgtool: imx6ullevk: fix build
da70899 
The V4L2 subsystem breaks building and doesn't need for mfgtool image.
Remove it.

Checked locally and confirm that it fixes the following issue on foundriesio/lmp-manifest#258
