- Switch mx6ull and apalis-imx6 to use optee-os 3.10 and u-boot 2020.04
- Rpi/beagle/qemu: switch to u-boot 2020.04

Switch imx6ullevk to u-boot-fio 2020.04, including the required config changes and mfgtool script changes. U-boot signing is also enabled by default now. Signed-off-by: Ricardo Salveti <[email protected]>
Bump 3.9.0+git based recipes to the final 3.10.0 release. Upstream pkcs11 TA was also split from the optee-os-fio-ta package as the uuid conflicts with sks, which is still our official provider for the pkcs11 interface. Signed-off-by: Ricardo Salveti <[email protected]>
