  • add 2 mfgtool recipe variants to allow easier customization
  • include machine specific fw_env.config for imx6ullevk

base: linux: introduce linux-lmp-dev-mfgtool recipe

This recipe can be used by current i.MX SoCs which need an alternate
lmp.cfg or defconfig in order to build a compatible mfgtool kernel.

In the future, other SoCs families may support a manufacturing style
build which can use this recipe as well.

base: u-boot: introduce u-boot-fio-mfgtool recipe

This recipe can be used by current i.MX SoCs to provide an additional
lmp.cfg or fw_env.config in order to support a compatible mfgtool
u-boot binary.

In the future, other SoC families may support a manufacturing style
build which can use this recipe as well.
