Not applying this upstreamed fix resolved during the LmP UEFI provisioning development - tianocore/edk2#6394 - causes OVMF to run out of memory if EDK2 uses OpenSSL 3.x to enroll the provisioning certificates. |

The upstream status should be Backport as the path is already merged
