Enables libp11 with out-of-tree patches that allows using the API to create EC keys as well as initializing a token in the TPM.

replaced from-list with from-upstream for the libp11 accepted patch.

Add some suggestions about the Upstream-Status: that is something strictly related with the openembedded.

Enables libp11 with out-of-tree patches that allows using the API to create EC
keys as well as initializing a token in the TPM.
