Moon times don't change according to DST #870

Describe the bug
Similar to #867 for the sun position and times. DST is not being adjusted for moon times on the moon panel.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Switch between March 8th and March 9th on the moon panel
Expected behavior
Since the sun position graph now shows DST for March 8th when viewing it during DST (today, maybe it shouldn't..), the moon pane should also change the times displayed (or not, but certainly for March 9th onward).
