adds title option; support for changing the calendar's display name.
adds translation to Czech (cs) (copied from SuntimesWidget (by utaxiu)).

fixes incorrect translation of the app name (closes [BUG] Confusing German translation for the app name #69), and other translation updates.
changes the order of the calendar list (calendars specify "grouping" and "priority").
refactor; miscellaneous changes to calendar interfaces to improve modularity.
updates build; removes dependency on jcenter and jitpack.io (replaced with a git submodule).
updates build; updates dependency constraint-layout (1.1.3 -> 2.0.4).
updates build; Java 8 -> Java 11; gradle (5.0 -> 5.6.4); agp (3.1.2 -> 3.6.0).
