Describe the bug
When hours begin is configured to sunset (24) the scheduled alarm times are incorrect. The 1st hour should begin at sunset, but alarms are numbered from sunrise instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. : -> Options Hours begin -> at sunset (24)
2. : -> Set Alarm
3. Scroll to 1st hour; it shows the time of sunrise instead of sunset.

Expected behavior
When using sunset (24) the alarms should be numbered 1-24 with the 1st hour at sunset.

Additional context
The clock face and "announced time" both number the hours correctly.
