Create a new survey and enable pin validation, now try to save without changing the default pin(1234)

The changes in this PR look good overall. However, there is a potential issue with the handleProtectSurveyWithPinToggle function. The pin is being set to a string "1234" when isPinProtectionEnabled is false. If the pin is supposed to be a number, this could cause issues.

If the pin is supposed to be a string, then the validation in handleProtectSurveyPinChange and handleProtectSurveyPinBlurEvent functions should be updated to reflect this. Currently, it checks if the pin only contains numbers, which would not be correct if the pin is supposed to be a string.

Here is a suggested change if the pin is supposed to be a number:

  setLocalSurvey((prevSurvey) => ({ ...prevSurvey, pin: isPinProtectionEnabled ? null : 1234 }));
};

And if the pin is supposed to be a string, you should update the validation in handleProtectSurveyPinChange and handleProtectSurveyPinBlurEvent functions to allow non-numeric characters.
