Apparently line wrapping in this file is preserved in the HTML display, which I wasn't expecting, and makes the note look terrible. This removes it so that it will wrap based on the UI width.

This pull request correctly fixes a text wrapping issue in the PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md file. By removing the hard-coded line breaks from the note about Gemini Code Assist, the text will now wrap dynamically based on the display width, which improves the readability of the rendered pull request description. Apparently line wrapping in this file is preserved in the HTML display, which I wasn't expecting, and makes the note look terrible. This removes it so that it will wrap based on the UI width.
