May want to clarify that this also upgrades Java, this is probably not intuitive for new or non-android developers

[espresso] Updates androidx.test.ext dependencies

Picks up newer versions to get `android:exported` annotations that are
required when building from the latest Android template.

Manually rolls past flutter/flutter#99723 to
validate in CI that this resolves the issue.
