It looks like this broke some of my internal time picker tests. I'm not too sure why this would be the case though. |

This PR removes the TimePicker widget's accentTextTheme dependency per #56918.
The previous implementation used the accentTextTheme for the secondary labels. This PR changes them to just use the
ThemeData.textThemeinstead.
