NNBD migration for widget

This is causing failures in google3 where people extend ViewportOffset.

This reverts commit 127e679.

* remove non-nullable enforcement on AsyncSnapshot

* make data param non-nullable for AsyncSnapshot.withData

* make some Text params non-nullable
