In short, the
GlyphAtlasTextureWillGrowTilMaxTextureSizefails on MacOS desktops on the Vulkan back end using the MoltenVK SDK.The test was written to expect specific size values from the atlas as it accumulated a number of text rendering operations, but those values were quite specific to an assumption that the maximum texture size was 16k. For the Mac, though, the maximum texture size is 32k which means the test doesn't see the atlas shrink at the expected glyph count and size. This PR rewrites the test to simply keep accumulating text operations until the atlas shrinks (indicating an overflow situation) and then checks the glyph count without having any expectations as to the specific sizes of the growth algorithm.
