In `engine.code-workspace`: * In 386f767: source_location and syncstream were manually removed. * In 2597ee7: unicode.h was manually added as a C file association. * In d57f6f8: source_location and syncstream were manually added back. However, `engine.code-workspace` is a generated file produced by `refresh.sh` from the source of truth, `engine-workspace.yaml`. As such any future updates to engine-workspace.yaml would have overwritten the manual edit. This syncs these edits into the upstream source of truth. No test changes since this is local editor config.
