This pull request enables Impeller by default on Linux by setting the default value of enable_impeller to TRUE in fl_dart_project.cc. It updates the unit tests in fl_dart_project_test.cc and fl_engine_test.cc to reflect this change and adds a test for disabling Impeller. Additionally, the integration test hello_world_impeller_linux.dart is updated to verify the default enabled state, test disabling Impeller via the project configuration (with proper cleanup in a finally block), and test disabling Impeller via the --no-enable-impeller command-line flag. I have no feedback to provide.
