Description
Removes the cross-import of
TestCallbackPainterfromtest/rendering/rendering_tester.dartintest/cupertino/picker_test.dart, and inlines the trivial 12-line class directly in the test file.Per the issue guidelines: "Duplicate the util if its implementation is trivial."
