This pull request integrates the Compose compiler plugin into the host_app_kotlin_gradle_dsl integration test. It migrates the Kotlin JVM target configuration from the android block's kotlinOptions to a top-level kotlin block using compilerOptions and updates the project's version catalog. I have no feedback to provide.
