Name is just a string and rendered to the user - we can choose "Remove the CICD label after Push"?

This matches what easy-cp.yml does. The job name doesn't show up in the github UI, it's the top level name that shows up. I'm thinking there is some magic happening on github's side and it isn't happy when we omit the name for the job.

The name is showing up incorrectly for the cicd action. I think adding this explicit name may help.
