Simplified redundant relative paths (e.g. '../base/foo.dart' inside lib/src/base/) to their minimal form as required by the updated prefer_relative_imports lint. Also fixed import ordering where necessary.

im curious why we used '../base/logger.dart' previously? because deferred_component.dart file was moved between sibling folders?
