This PR does three things:

Removes generated symlink to the Flutter.xcframework for SwiftPM
Refactors auto-migrator for adding FlutterFramework as a local package to be exclusive to plugin example apps
Refactors adding FlutterGeneratedPluginSwiftPackage and plugin as a local package to be optional and will not cause build to fail if that's the only thing being migrated
