The changelog entry description is not very informative for users. According to the repository's style guide, documentation should be useful and optimized for readability. The guidelines in this file (lines 22-27) and in docs/releases/Hotfix-Documentation-Best-Practices.md specify that changelog entries should help users understand the impact of a change without needing to read the associated issue. Please expand the description to summarize what this Dart SDK update includes, such as key bug fixes or new features. For example: "Updates Dart to 3.10.4, which fixes an issue with [describe issue]."
