Deleted `project-url_launcher.lockfile` from macrobenchmarks. This is no
longer a necessary lockfile because the url_launcher dependency was
removed from macrobenchmarks pubspec a while ago
[here](flutter#126939).

Also ran
[generate_gradle_lockfiles.dart](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/master/dev/tools/bin/generate_gradle_lockfiles.dart)
as a sanity check.
