This pull request adds a regression test to ensure that CupertinoDialogAction does not crash when placed in a zero-sized environment. The added test case in packages/flutter/test/cupertino/dialog_test.dart correctly reproduces the scenario by wrapping CupertinoDialogAction in a SizedBox.shrink(). The test is well-written and serves its purpose. Since the patch only contains the test, I assume the fix is handled separately. The changes look good.
