Code Review
This pull request updates the macOS version used in various CI configuration files from Mac-14|Mac-15 to Mac-15.5 or a set of Mac-15.x versions. The changes are spread across multiple YAML and JSON configuration files, and the generator script generate_builder_json.dart is also updated. My main feedback is regarding the scope of the PR, as it also includes an update to the chrome_and_driver dependency and adds a new test bundle. While these are likely side-effects of running the generator, it's preferable to keep PRs focused on a single logical change for better maintainability. I've left a specific comment with a suggestion on how to address this.
