This pull request modifies the TabBar widget's semantics handling. The change wraps the tab's content stack in a Semantics widget with role: SemanticsRole.tab. This ensures the tab's role overrides any semantics role defined by a child widget, preventing potential conflicts. A new widget test has been added which creates a Tab with a child that has a SemanticsRole.listItem and asserts that no exceptions are thrown, verifying the fix.
