Starting with Xcode 26, when a precompiled file changes (like a header file in the Flutter framework), it throws an error. This PR parses for that error and gives a guided error message, telling them to do flutter clean.

Fixes #176462.

curious if xcode -> clean build folder works? i usually launch from xcode.

Yes, that will also work. This guided error will only show when run from the command line though, which is why I don't provide Xcode instructions
