Code Review
This pull request correctly addresses an issue where the MenuAnchor layout did not update when its reservedPadding property changed. The fix involves adding a check for reservedPadding to the shouldRelayout method of the internal _MenuLayout delegate. A new widget test has also been added, which effectively verifies that the layout is correctly updated when the reservedPadding is modified. The changes are accurate and the accompanying test ensures the fix is working as intended.
