Migrates Flutter iOS apps to be compatible with UIScene lifecycle by migrating the AppDelegate and Info.plist. If the AppDelegate does not match Flutter's original template exactly, or if the Info.plist is not found or can't be updated, then prompt the user to migrate manually. This is hidden behind a feature flag so we can test it out first.
