It looks like this pull request may not have tests. Please make sure to add tests or get an explicit test exemption before merging. While you've updated hooks_runner, the code_assets dependency on line 63 seems to have been missed. It's updated to 0.19.7 in other files in this PR (like the root pubspec.yaml and update_packages_pins.dart), but it's still 0.19.6 here. Please update it to 0.19.7 for consistency.
