This pull request migrates several components from using the deprecated MaterialStateBorderSide to the new WidgetStateBorderSide. For consistency and clarity, now that this class extends WidgetStateBorderSide, consider renaming _MaterialStateBorderSide to something like _TestWidgetStateBorderSide. This change would better reflect its new purpose, avoid confusion with the old MaterialState classes, and align with the style guide's principle of optimizing for readability. 1 You'll need to update the usages of this class within this file as well.

Similar to the other test file, this class name is now misleading since it extends WidgetStateBorderSide. To improve clarity and adhere to the style guide's emphasis on readability 1, please consider renaming _MaterialStateBorderSide to _TestWidgetStateBorderSide and updating its usages in this file.
