Code Review
This pull request reverts a previous change that optimized scale-translate rectangle transforms. The changes remove the matrix classification logic, including the Matrix::Type enum and Classify2D method, along with the specialized TransformBoundsTranslateScale2D function and its associated benchmarks and unit tests.
