The three calls to _findXcrunBinary for 'clang', 'ar', and 'ld' are independent asynchronous operations. To improve performance, they can be run concurrently using Future.wait instead of sequentially. This aligns with the style guide's recommendation to follow Effective Dart.1

I'd argue this hurts readability more than it helps performance--this is not even close to a performance bottleneck as-is.

…r#175717) Previously, the macOS `CCompilerConfig` for native assets was created via running `xcrun clang --version`, but this is not always reliable (i.e., when running under Nix on macOS). Thus, this commit introduces a new mechanism to find the CCompilerConfig binaries using `xcrun --find`, which is a more standard way of finding development-related binaries on macOS (and is also properly supported in Nix's `xcrun` wrapper).
