This pull request correctly extends SliverMainAxisGroup to support SliverEnsureSemantics and respect cacheExtent rules in its visitChildrenForSemantics implementation. This is a great test for SliverEnsureSemantics! The PR also adds support for cacheExtent in visitChildrenForSemantics. It would be good to add another test case to cover that scenario as well, to ensure full test coverage for the change.
For example, a test could verify that a sliver that is not visible but is within the cache extent is correctly included in the semantics tree.

To complete the work in PR flutter#166889, this PR ensures that `SliverMainAxisGroup` correctly supports `SliverEnsureSemantics` and respects `cacheExtent` rules within its `visitChildrenForSemantics` implementation.
