This pull request addresses crashes on the web when using image filters with default (zero) values. For CanvasKit, it correctly handles dilate and erode filters with a zero radius by applying an identity matrix transform, which avoids a crash and effectively results in a no-op. For Skia WASM, a null-pointer check has been moved from the Dart code into the C++ layer, making the native calls more robust. The pull request also includes valuable new tests to verify this behavior for blur, dilate, erode, and matrix filters, and refactors existing tests for better structure. My review includes a suggestion to reduce code duplication in the CanvasKit implementation.
