Code Review
This pull request adds support for accessibilityLanguage on iOS by implementing the corresponding method in SemanticsObject. The changes are accompanied by new unit tests. My review points out that the new tests are asserting against the wrong property (accessibilityIdentifier instead of accessibilityLanguage) and suggests corrections to ensure the new functionality is properly tested.

What language does it use if it returns nil? Does it use the device's main settings?

yes that should be the case.
though the default behavior is like "best effort" language detection. for example, some Chinese character will be treated as Japanese.

A different PR is going to set application level locale which should always be a non-nil value
