Code Review
This pull request is a significant refactoring that unifies the rendering logic for the Skwasm and CanvasKit web renderers. It achieves this by removing renderer-specific implementations of the scene building and rendering pipeline and moving to a shared implementation. This greatly reduces code duplication and simplifies the architecture. The changes appear to be well-executed and thorough. My review includes a couple of suggestions to further improve maintainability and readability by extracting duplicated helper functions and refactoring a recursive async method into an iterative one.
