This pull request addresses an issue where linkUrl semantics properties were not correctly merged. The change in SemanticsConfiguration.absorb ensures that linkUrl is merged from child configurations, following the pattern of other properties. A new widget test has been added to confirm that when a widget providing a linkUrl is combined with another widget under MergeSemantics, the linkUrl is correctly applied to the resulting semantics node. The fix is logical and the accompanying test provides good coverage for the change.
