Code Review
This pull request correctly refactors the semantics for disabled buttons in the date picker. Instead of excluding semantics for disabled items, it now includes them but marks them as disabled using the enabled property on the Semantics widget. This is a great improvement for accessibility. The implementation changes in calendar_date_picker.dart are clean and correct. I've added a couple of suggestions to the tests to make them more robust by explicitly checking for the isEnabled: false property on disabled items.
