Code Review
This pull request effectively addresses the issue of no web devices being available for the widget preview by adding a check and a helpful error message. The logic to handle multiple available web devices, with a preference for Chrome, is a great addition. The changes are well-tested with both unit and integration tests.
I have one minor suggestion to improve the robustness of the device selection logic. Otherwise, the changes look excellent.
