Code Review
This pull request adds a regression test for a crash in TableRowInkWell when it's in a zero-sized environment. The test case correctly sets up the scenario but is missing the user interaction (a tap) needed to trigger the code path that causes the crash. My review includes a suggestion to complete the test by adding a tap handler and simulating a tap.
Note that this PR only includes the test and not the fix for the underlying issue in TableRowInkWell.
