reland of #173059 Unfortunately we don't have the ability to test the changes on the autoroller bots beforehand, so we have to resort to landing new attempts. ## changes since last revert - Removed usage of `et`. reland of flutter#173059 Unfortunately we don't have the ability to test the changes on the autoroller bots beforehand, so we have to resort to landing new attempts. ## changes since last revert - Removed usage of `et`. reland of flutter#173059 Unfortunately we don't have the ability to test the changes on the autoroller bots beforehand, so we have to resort to landing new attempts. ## changes since last revert - Removed usage of `et`.
