Curious - what was the problem that autoroller hit? It should have been able to update this dependency automatically because deps in this section are synchronized with dart DEPS

I think it's related to the order in which the autoroller executes the roll process.
If you update the Dart revision in Flutter's DEPS and then run gclient sync, then the https://dart.googlesource.com/sdk/+/refs/heads/main/tools/generate_package_config.py script fails when it runs as part of the gclient hooks. The failure happens because the new Dart version lists native_test_helpers in its pubspec.yaml, but that package is not available in the version of third_party/pkg/native in the current Flutter DEPS.
You can work around this by manually checking out the new version of Dart in the local client's third_party/dart directory. After that, the https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/master/engine/src/tools/dart/create_updated_flutter_deps.py will correctly propagate the Dart DEPS roll of the native package into Flutter's DEPS.

I see. The fact that DEPS have to be updated together with pubspec.yaml is unexpected by autoroller.
