The instruction already says "or appropriate year" here; perhaps we could make clear that YOUR_NEW_TAG must be of the appropriate form in the instruction here and in step 13.

How about:
Set the new tag on the latest arm64 upload via the following command. Replace YOUR_NEW_TAG with version:to_2025 (or appropriate year).
