Update Robolectric tests to run on minSdk 23. Some of the code are modified/removed to support the same.

We will need to modify more than the roboletric config files to drop support for api 21 and 22. Let me look over the justifications for removal and if I agree both that we should drop 21 and 22 and that we should not go further then I will author a bug to track the rest of the required work. |
