…eation This update introduces new command-line options for overriding the Kotlin plugin version, Android Gradle Plugin version, and Gradle wrapper version when creating Flutter projects. The changes include: - Added `--kotlin-version`, `--agp-version`, and `--gradle-wrapper-version` options to the `create` command. - Implemented logic to merge version settings from command-line arguments, `pubspec.yaml`, and built-in defaults. - Updated Gradle template files to use the new variable names for Kotlin and AGP versions. This enhancement allows for greater flexibility in project configuration, particularly for module projects.

This pull request executed golden file tests, but it has not been updated in a while (20+ days). Test results from Gold expire after as many days, so this pull request will need to be updated with a fresh commit in order to get results from Gold. For more guidance, visit Writing a golden file test for Reviewers: Read the Tree Hygiene page and make sure this patch meets those guidelines before LGTMing. |

`git ls-files "packages/flutter_tools/*android*'"` returns nothing. Fix typo from #159166.
