Fixes blocking warnings on Flutter Roll. Also should fix red tree.
Had to add
@RequiresApiannotations at the function level due to usage and requirements of Android functions. This happened because I removed@TargetApiat the class level due to conflicts within the class. It seems that the@TargetApiannotation can no longer be used.Pre-launch Checklist
